To meet the current needs in the labor market, we decided to create a portal for an easier way to solve personnel problems. The portal is intended to serve as a tool for employers in the search for professionals suitable for the industry. It will give job seekers the opportunity to find employment according to their experience and skills. Currently, there is a large shortage in a great many professions in the metal industry, such as a turner or welder.
